for ‘Spools, Mules, Knitting and Nailers’, a freeflow guided tour of the museum – no charge, with a chance to meet characters from Belper’s past. 

History of the River Derwent

 The Valley of the Oak Trees.  A chance to discover more about the River Derwent (either in the upper wheel pit or outside if the weather is fine).

Family crafts

 Try out Waterwheel Weaving. Just follow the instructions and have a go at weaving.
