Half Term: Plotting the Pump Room
This is our chance to do something which (we think) has never been done before. Help us build a map of the senses at the Pump Room.
Which is the smelliest part of the building? Is it hot or cold, damp or dry? If the Pump Room was food, what would it taste like?
Collect your sensory trail map and instructions before using your eyes, ears, noses, and fingers to explore and chart what you find.
This is first day of a new archive for Buxton, with you the visitors being the collectors and curators.
Be in with a chance to win a free family ticket (Up to two adults and 3 children) to the new Buxton Crescent Visitor Experience, simply take a picture of your group and your map work and upload it to social media with the hashtag #BuxtonCrescent #smellfie to enter the prize draw! Winners will be announced on Friday 21st February!
If you have any questions, access requirements or requests, we’d be happy to help. Please call 07881 40 60 59 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
