Throughout the week  – Time Travelling Pocket Watch

Make your own time-travelling paper pocket-watch in the Pump Room – with our craft and trail kit – just 50p. Take your pocket-watch out and about and explore Buxton following the time-travelling trail. Self-Led.

Wednesdays in August (except the 10th) – Dress for a Duchess

10am-1pm – Free 

Get paper-crafting and play your part in making a dress fit for a duchess. See how the dress evolves over the summer. With Louise from our Learning Team.

Cost

The Wednesday dress for a duchess papercraft activity is free and the Time-Travelling Pocket Watch Kit, is just 50p.

if you enjoy the paper-craft activities, and are able to make a small donation per family (£3 suggested amount) it would help cover costs and support future work by the charity

Toilets

If you are visiting the Pump Room there is a toilet available for use - please ask a member of staff for assistance.

Suitable for

EVERYONE! The arts and crafts activities are great for children from around 3 to 12 years old (siblings can help) with adult helpers. Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied at all times by an adult. Well behaved adults are welcome to join in!
