The organisation brings Buxton’s extraordinary spa history to life through the award winning Buxton Crescent Experience, the historic Pump Room, a vibrant programme of events, and educational activities for visitors, schools, and the local community.
Based within the iconic Grade I-listed Buxton Crescent, the Trust welcomes thousands of visitors each year to explore Buxton’s unique thermal water heritage, Georgian architecture, and cultural legacy.
As the organisation continues to grow its visitor experience and community engagement programme, we are seeking to recruit in the following role:
Visitor Engager
Buxton Crescent Heritage Trust seeks a Visitor Engager for the Buxton Crescent Experience. The role involves welcoming visitors, providing information, handling admissions and ticketing, maintaining excellent customer service, and supporting daily operations. Ideal candidates are friendly, reliable, and customer-focused, with strong communication skills and an interest in heritage, tourism, or hospitality environments.
