Is your community group looking for a unique venue to host a meeting, social gathering, or fundraising event? Thanks to funding from The Bingham Trust, Buxton Crescent Heritage Trust is pleased to announce that 10 free evening hires of the Pump Room are available.
One free hire will offered to each of ten different local community organisations. The dates available are from 5 January 2026 to the 30 June 2026 and the 7 October to the 20 December 2026. Local community organisations are warmly invited to register their interest in applying for a free evening hire by emailing Matt Howarth (matt@buxtoncrescenttrust.org) and completing this online application form.
The Pump Room, is a Grade 2 listed Victorian gem, in the heart of Buxton, opposite the Grade I Buxton Crescent. The Pump Room has upgraded presentation technology also generously funded by the Bingham Trust. The new sound equipment, high definition projector and impressive backlit screen enhance presentations for your audience and increase the floor space available for events.
